Shipping Information

U.S. orders over $150 ship for free!*  Orders up to $75 ship for just a $7 flat rate.  Orders between $75.01 and $149.99 ship for a $12.50 flat rate.  

*Sewing machines are excluded from free shipping.  You will be billed separately for shipping and insurance charges after we receive your sewing machine order.

Your order will typically ship out within 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped Tuesday thru Saturday excluding holidays. We ship USPS or UPS on all domestic orders.  USPS Mail delivers in 1-3 business days but is not guaranteed (orders to non-contiguous states may be longer). Orders shipped UPS Ground usually take 1-5 business days depending on your distance from Nevada.  


If you need to change, edit, or cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best, but we cannot guarantee your request can be accommodated. We cannot hold or combine pre-orders with regular orders.  Pre-orders will ship out complete once we have received all items in your order.  There will be a 20% restocking fee for all canceled pre-orders. 


In order to keep our shipping prices low, we cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages once they leave our shop. While many packages will have tracking information available, some smaller ones may not.  If you would like to guarantee that your package will arrive safely to you, please let us know at checkout and we will add shipping insurance to your package for an additional fee.  

In the event of non-delivery, we will do what we can to help you locate the package by providing label numbers, delivery confirmation information, and customs details. We will not reship or refund a lost or damaged package. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier of your package.


For all our international shipments, you will not be charged for shipping at checkout.  We will calculate your shipping charges after we have packed and weighed your order.  We will contact you with different shipping options.  We ship USPS Global or UPS International as carriers.  

You will receive a Paypal invoice from us after you have placed your order, with your exact shipping charges based on your package and location.  We will ship out your order once we receive payment.  Any unpaid shipping invoices will result in your order being canceled and items will be returned to inventory after 5 days.

The United States Postal Service does not have Global Priority service to some places. You can always check their website to see what the current policies are. If you have any questions or would like a rate quote before you order, please contact us. We will be happy to help you.  Quiltique cannot be responsible for the safe delivery of your international package.  There is no tracking offered outside of the US with USPS and shipping is at your own risk. 


Any customs, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot control whether a package gets delayed and/or charged duties and taxes by the customs office in any international country.  Quiltique will not falsely claim that an order is a gift on a customs form. Please do not ask.

All prices are in US dollars. We are not responsible for any exchange rate differences.



Sales tax of 8.375% will be added to any Nevada orders.


We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.  We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason and have the right to perform additional security checks on payment methods.  Orders may be placed by phone to 702-563-8600.  



We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied! Quiltique will happily return or exchange any unopened and unused item within 30 days.  Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide additional instructions and expedite your return process.

Unless the product is damaged or defective, Quiltique considers the following items a FINAL SALE and are not refundable: cut fabric yardage, books, patterns, software, embroidery designs, sewing machine feet and accessories, and clearance items.

Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for shipping charges. All returns must be in original condition and packaging.  

Class Policy


Class cancellations must be called into 702-563-8600.  Class fees will be refunded to your original form of payment unless it is within 7 days of the class date.  In that case, class fees will be refunded with a “class fee” credit that can be used toward any future class fee within six months.  On the day of class, no refund will be given. 

There are no refunds on class fees for “Special Event” teachers/classes for cancelations within 30 days of the class date.
